Project enquiries
Submitting an enabled project form stores your name, email, project ZIP code, service, quantity, timing, delivery preference, budget range and project description. It also records the selected city, page context, optional campaign label, request reference, consent wording and date. The directory team uses this information to review and respond to your request.
Sharing and messages
The form does not automatically send confirmation email or forward your request to a provider. A named-provider introduction requires your separate agreement. Do not include payment details, confidential files or medical information. You can contact the directory team about information you have supplied.
Website and abuse protection
Cloudflare delivers the website and provides Turnstile abuse protection for enabled forms. Technical request information is processed to deliver and protect the service. The design loads typefaces through Google Fonts, connecting your browser to Google.
Public business information and external links
Provider profiles summarize public official sources. Opening a provider website takes you to an independently operated service with its own privacy information. A listing does not indicate provider enrollment or owner confirmation.
